Question : Convert 3.0 Resource file to 6.0 format?

My client is useing both DOS 2.6, Windows 2.6 and Visual 7.0 Foxpro.  When running VFP 7.0 he tell me he gets the message windows "Convert 3.0 resource file to 6.0 format?" If the client chosoe NO there is no appearent problems. If they choose yes the get the dreaded c0000005 exception error. How can make it so this question is never asked.?

Add RESOURCE=OFF to CONFIG.FPW
