Question : Access 2007 Report Showing ID (Primary Key) - How Can I Show Value?
I have a database with a handful of tables (all with a auto-number primary key). When producing reports from this I get the ID in the report rather than the value - how can I change this to display the value rather than the ID? (The query shows the actual value rather than the ID...)
I can't upload an example as it's Access 2007 and it's not allowed :-(

Alternately, you can link in the tables that have the fields you want to display on the report, and then place those fields directly on the report.
