Question : Frontpage Hyperlink problem

I am currently subscribed to a banner service.  They provide the code for hyperlinks.  I switch to HTML mode in Frontpage 98 and insert the code into the webpage.  After saving the the changes and uploading the page to my server the hyperlinks are created but they are not clickable.  If you right click on the ads the web browser says you can open link in new window but for some reason you can't just click on the link.  My website is http://www.matty-b.tv  You can go there to check out the problem.  None of the ad hyperlinks are clickable.  Please help me fix this problem ASAP.  Thanks

They worked OK for me in NS and IE.
