Question : Object doesn't support this property or method error in IE8

I'm getting an error on page message in IE8. It happens when i attempt to access a Cisco Call manager 4.0 admin wep page. I can access this same page just fine from another PC  that also has all the latest MS updates.  It references rs.htm Line 263 char 3 and code 0.

Any Ideas how to fix?
