Question : Retrieving Outlook Archive items with attachments

My users are answering YES when they are periodically prompted if they would like to archive items now.

They are then deleting older items.

How do they retrieve archived items?

Archive items are stored in archive.pst file.  In Outlook go to File > Open and select to open the archive.pst as another set of personal folders.
