This is a reference to a malware file. probably your antivirus deleted the file, but left traces in the registry.
1.Download Malwarebyte's Antimalware from here
http://www.malwarebytes.org/save on desktop
2. right click on the file (mbamsetup) and select run as admin
3.Run the installed program and do a full scan. depending on the size of your disk and the number of files it should do between 10 and 30 minutes. If any malware is found let the program remove it.
4.reboot
If the message is still appearing post again and i will guide you trough removing it manually.
