Question : WIndows Vista dont boot, blue screen

I have a windows vista home premium, one day come something that i cant boot os again, i use my own dvd and try to use repair mode, but get same error. Also i use my hiren's boot cd and i did some repair to my ntfs partition.

Windows did not find any installed licensed language packs for the system default ui language.
Stop: 0X0000012A

that didnt work, because dont get repairs option, like i explained before. Thx anyway, i made a backup and did fresh reinstall
