Question : Calendars in public folders not updating for all users
We have Exchange 2007 and a Win2003 domain with xp workstations and outlook 2007. I have made some calendars located in the public folders area and made a group to give everyone in the group ownership permissions to those folders. I can set an appointment and one other user will instantly see it on his desktop calendar and vice versa. None of the other users see the appointments made. It seems like a rights issue but I don't know what other permissions I need to grant.
Answer : Calendars in public folders not updating for all users
Yes, they are all in the same store. I just got them to work. I had to delete the favorites created on the desktops and recreate new favorites. They all work fine now. Strange!
