Question : MS Power Point 2007 stops runing

Hi,

One of my customershas got a problems with Power Point 2007

Sometimes, usually when he works with different graphs in PP, it just stops running and he has to restart the program again.

This is annoying because some of the work that he has done is not saved then.

I would appreciate any help on this.

Answer : MS Power Point 2007 stops runing

This is a two-step fix.

First make sure he installs SP2 for Office 2007. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953195

Then install this hotfix:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/975021 (click View and Request Hotfix at the top of that article)
