Question : Remote desktop crashs when it trys to connect
Hello,
All was working well yesterday but today when I load remote desktop the initial screen comes up ok, but when I hit the connect button it comes up with an error message and needs to close (see attached pictures) I have looked to see if any updates were installed yesterday and there were none. If I copy the mstdc.exe and mstdcax.dll to another folder and run them it works fine, the only problem with this is that i want to run the "remote desktops" app which comes with Windows Server 2003 admin tools and this looks in the default location for mstdc.exe.
If i put a random IP address in the computer box, then it doesn't crash it just tells me it can't find the computer
Any help would be greatly appreciated
