Question : How to get rid of redirect notice.

Everytime I click a link I receive the following message (see below).  
Is there any way I can eliminate this message?

Answer : How to get rid of redirect notice.

This is related to clicks from Google search results, am I right?
If so, its just the way that Google informs You of potential danger, about phishing and spam pormoting. Its almost impossible to avoid that message.
