Error:1321 the Installer has insufficient privleges to modfiy the file x.mdf file in Windows Vista

Answer : Error:1321 the Installer has insufficient privleges to modfiy the file x.mdf file

I don't know what that file is, but it seems to me that the folder it's writing to or attempting to modify is out of it's security scope. Can you check that file's permissions, and assign it the right ones?
