Question : IME (Japanese) for Office 2007

Hi I am an IT assistant for a school where couple of them teach japanese. so they want to work in MS word 2007.they need a software or a tool to be added so that they can write and read in japanese.
so   I really need the software to be able to write in Japanese, (and read)  in office 2007
so can anyone provide me proper solution
