Question : Powerpoint Crashes when Formating graphs

Vista
Office 2007

I have 2 users that are getting the same error message everytime they try to format graphs in powerpoint

Can anyone suggest some possible fixes that I could try

I dont think reinstalling Office does much to problems like this...
