Question : Run Excell 2007 via C++

I want to make a C++ comand line program that opens Excel 2007 and runs a macro.  The program will have one paramter that tells excel what file to use for the macro... sounds simple enough

Mostly I am asking where can I start to get this complete?  Any web sites, books etc...
