Question : Change exchange account email display name

I have an account set up in AD with the logon name as quickbooks. Under general, exchange general and surname under e-mail addresses in AD I have it set as 'Account Payable'.

However, whenever I send email from this account it is being received from the username quickbooks. I would like the name to be displayed as 'Accounts Payable.' Am I missing a setting somewhere?
