Question : sglmangr - net service configuration - the specified service does not exist as an installed service

Hi all,

when i poweron my server (server 2003) im getting the error pop up saying

Net Service Configuration
The specified services does not exist as an installed service

i went to task manager and right clicked the popup under applications ? go to process group and it says sqlmangr

how can i stop this pop up/ fix the error

Hello. Sqlmngr is the monitor in the system tray for MS SQL Server. Maybe MS SQL Server was uninstalled but this application is still there. Check in the Start Menu, in Programs, Startup and delete the Service Manager link.
