Question : Side by Side Error : Adobe Form Designer.exe

We are getting this error message below.  I apologize for sounding so helpless, but I am at a loss to resolve this issue. We are getting strange crashing and this seems to be the only Item that is having issues.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
