Question : Impoting xls sheet into Microsoft acces existing table

I am trying to import an xls file into Access using the Get External Data option.  I am importing the data into an existing table.  All the columns are labeled the same.  I keep getting an error and the file will not import.  Can somebody help??

Also, often you're better off importing into a new, temporary table, and then using Access-centric methods to move the data to the "live" table (i.e. use INSERT queries).
