Question : PC Won't Run Firefox

Firefox stops responding immediately on starting it on one of my PC's.  Internet Exp. works fine.  
My othr PC runs Firefox OK.

The problem system has up to date PCTools Spyware Dr. on it.  I've done a total virus scan, run CCleaner, and checked/cleaned up my startup using msconfig.  I hesitate to use a registry cleaner.

I'd appreciate some help with this problem.

Can you please rename the Mozilla under %appdata%, and "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data"?

Just paste the paths above in a start>run box.....

Rename them to Mozilla-Old
