Well. If you have snap shots you will need to remove those first and make sure they are merge otherwise you may run into some issues. Instead of a copy and paste I wiould do export and import just in case unless u understand what's going on. Besides that the only other thing u need to worry about is the nic. In order for it to work without doing anything u need to make sure the virtual nic name is the same on both servers.
