Question : Run Chkdsk from bootable flash drive

I need to run chkdsk on a laptop that bluescreens at startup.  It does not have a working dvd-rom dirve.  Is there a good tutorial on how to get to the recovery console using a bootable flash drive? Thanks.

Just read the instructions in the rar file and away ya go.  Pretty easy to setup.
