Question : Filtering Access Report

Hello,
I am creating an access report (template1) that I only want to display the fields if the boxes are checked or the video button are clicked (many fields). For the unchecked/unclicked, I don't want it to display on the report. Is there a way to do that? I have included the access file. Probably makes more sense if you can open the database and look at the report.

Thanks in advance,

-Kent

Answer : Filtering Access Report

Hi Kent,

Here is the solution. It will handle as many controls as you want (just please follow the code). On top of the report's code there is a C_COUNT = 6 (number of controls at present). The rest is easy to follow..

Note: Template2 (created from Template1) is the new report to look at.

Regards,
Zlatko.
