Question : sony pc vaio PCV-RS all CD/DVD error code 39

On our PC, both drives CD - DVD cannot be used.
They are present in the driver list with an yellow-danger-icon and the error message: Windows cannot load the driver error code 39
Both CD-Drives do not appear in the Workstation-Drives, but just in the driver-list.
Both CD drives are "HL-DT-ST DVD-ROM GDR8162B" and "SONY DVD RW DW-U18A".
