Question : How to add HP thin client with XPE to 2003 domain?

How can I add HP thin client with XPE to 2003 domain? It must be different than regular windows. There doesn't seem to be a "My Computer" to go to properties on to put it on a domain. Also, where to I go to find the "run" command?
