Question : SharePoint Project Server 2007

Errors I get when creating a new project on SharedPoint

I get his error when i try to create an new project in  "Shared Point 3.0" Below is the error.

The worker process failed to initialize the http.sys communication or the w3svc communication layer and therefore could not be started.  The data field contains the error number.

one other thing on the web admin console its been giving me this message for hours "Waiting for Resources"

it is a standalone box with the built in SQL 2005. not included in our domain

I kind of got SharePoint to work& made it stand alone to avoid messing with the SQL connectivity,&.

Anyway what happened was created another instance of ssp and that messed up everything&. Tried editing multiple config files, that didnt help made it worse&. So last resort was start from scratch&..

So what I did was deleted that one and used the default ssp&. I think since it is an embedded sql it is not capable of having multiple instances&
