Question : Outlook not updating/refreshing inbox - have to press F9.

Hello there, this might be an easy one.

I have a user, who is connected to a workgroup, but also has an Outlook Exchange Server Account.  He was having some issues using Outlook express, so I added a his Exchange Account to the copy of Outlook on his PC.

Now, to view his new emails he has to hit F9.   He is not working in Offline mode, I have disabled Windows Firewall, checked "include in group", using SMTP Auth.  

Now, could this be because he is not on the main domain, and on a workgroup?  His older copy of Outlook express updating its self fine.

Hello Orm

In his group send/receive he only has the personally folder - in mine, for instance, there is a selection of folders -- strange.

Still, I have scheduled an "Automatic Send and Receive" every 1 mintue, that seems to have worked, for now.  Will report back if this is the solution, thanks for your help.
