Question : ISA 2006 and Ports

Dear All,

I have ISA server 2006 EE (one array--two servers) behind the firewall. ISA will provide Proxy/cache, VPN Server and Publishing services. I need to ask about the ports that I should open it in the firewall to make ISA servers working and supporting those services.

Answer : ISA 2006 and Ports

You'll need to allow the follow traffic to the ISA:

PTPP uses TCP port 1723 and you'll need to allow GRE Protocol 47 for VPN

TCP 443 (Https), 80 (Http) and possibly 21 (ftp) for web traffic
