Question : Problem with asp include file

Hi,
I have the following include codes in my staging server for web development, it works well.

There is a problem with include file="../ on the hosting server.  

Does anyone know what causes this problem?  Is it a IIS server setting?  I wonder if I can ask the hosting company to do something to allow such feature.

Hi,

Seems to me Server Side Include extension is prohibited under IIS -> Web service Extension that's why you are facing this issue. Update your hosting provider to allow this extension in IIS -> Web service Extension . There is no security loop when starting this extension.
