Question : smart drive cannot loaded becouse the xms driver ,himem.sys is not loaded ???

when i run MS Dos by using startup disk i got error message , error : himem.sys has detected unreliable xms memory at address 0068dee8h. xms drive not installed . and when i press enter i got a new error message . smart drive cannot loaded becouse the xms driver ,himem.sys is not loaded ??? what xms drive means؟؟؟ . and why i got this message . and how i fix it ????????? and i got registry message error when i restart my computer after installing a new windows , and lost my windows becouse registry error message ????? thanks all

The computer is broken. Memory modules are not operating correctly.
