Question : C# VS2008 Win App - HOw can I create nice form skins - can I download them?

C# VS2008 Windows App - Premade or easily made skins?

I am not sure if I should use the term skins, schemes, backgrounds - but think ala Winamp how you can really overlay some cool "themes". Can I take my boring old Windows App and add a skin to it? Where can I get them, do I have to do it all manually by addinga background picture. Talk to me experts and thanks as always!

You can pretty much do what you want with themes, skins, backgrounds.
