Question : Help File Format for program

Hello,

I am creating a new VB.NET application and am not sure which help file format to use. I am familiar with CHM and HTML files. Are these the two most common help file choices? What do most modern programs designed for Windows XP/Vista and Windows 7 use as the help file format?

CHM is the way to go...
find a tool to create chm to create the help file... attach it to your app
