Question : Integrate MapPoint with Access form

I have an Access form that always displays one property address and city at a time. I also use Microsoft MapPoint to look up these various addresses. I would like to be able to format the address field as a hyperlink that will launch the MapPoint application, and automatically look up the current address on the screen.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I would go about doing this? I'm not sure how to pass-in the address to MapPoint.
