Is it wise to set a database to automatically compact on exit?

Answer : Auto Compact

does no harm, can add slowness to exiting, especially as it gets larger, but does help keeping it proper.
is it a multiuser db?

Access can bloat quickly

why not monitor it for awhile and see what happens
