Question : run regsvr32.exe on Windows 7

I'm an application developer who has used this code (see code snippet) on Windows XP and Windows Vista. It fails on Windows 7 (see attached screen shot) Any ideas?

What didn't work before now works. I haven't fully tested the application that uses the .ocx and .dll files, but so far "there are no known problems". I'd call that "appears", since users are way better at finding incompatibilities than programmers are... :)
