Question : CTFMON_AU.EXE cannot get rid of --- a danger?

When I boot up, I get the image attached. I took it out of MSCONFIG, told ZoneAlarm tp denu it permanently, but it keeps coming back. When I Google the term, I get pages of advertising for clothes, etc. What is this thing and do I need it or how can I get rid of it?
