The module varies, but seems to be related to error reporting.  Error is showing up continually since it started about 1am.  I also saw this in the the System Log about 3:30am

Answer : Event ID: 33002 Access blocked because signature is not valid

1. Select Start>Run & type in Services.msc
2. Scroll Down to Windows Internal Database (Microsoft ##SSEE)
3. Right Click on it & select Restart (or Start if it isn't running)

This fixed that error, but I also had a 2nd related error with WSUS (Windows Update Services) not working properly.  I fixed that by Restarting Update Services using the same method above.
