Question : ODBC Connection failed on Vista

Hi;
I want to use SQL Native Client access to my SQL 2005 database server but it failed. Any solution? I have dynamics database on this sql server.
Here is the message.
Connection failed:
SQLState: 08001
SQL Server Error: 258
[Microsoft][SQL NativeClient] TCP Provider: Timeouterror [258]...
other XP workstation is working fine.
I was using "sa" account and password to do connection test but failed.
