as I understand from your question you are asking the foreing key relation arrows. They appear only if there is a defined relation between to table and column(s).. The columns may have same name or not.. That is developers decision. Usually for ease of use the columns that are having referential integrity tend to be named same.. but this not necessary and you dont have to have a relation between tables having columns named same...
