Question : Change default editor in Outlook 2010 Beta.

In Office 2007 I can use the Greek Language pack to provide proofing tools for Word and Outlook.. but as Greek Language Pack isn't available in 2010 beta I wanted to install Word 2007 with associated Language pack and use that in Outlook 2010.

I can't find a way of changing the editor in Outlook.. is it one of those useful things that Microsoft doesn't want you to do?
