Question : Access into Exchange Outlook calendar

Hi All,

I have built an Access App that allows me to create calendar appointments within Outlook, which works fine on a local PC that does not use exchange.  

My problem is this - Exchange has now been installed and I can now see everyone elses appointments (through a dropdown option in the File menu).  I need to be able to book appointments for my colleagues within the calendar - via my Access APP - with minimual user interface.

At present I press a button - accept the irritating security message that Outlook pops up - and the Outlook calendar appears.  If you could help me come up with something as simple as this - but for my colleague - it would be really appreciated.
