Question : Dell Poweredge T110 0.S. Install

I have recently purchased a Dell T110 server and I am trying to install the O.S. When it gets to windows server 2003 setup "windows is starting" screen it just hangs. Please help!

I downloaded a new version of Open manager and that seem to do the trick
