Question : How do I auto-forward an email to an outside address and leave a copy on my system?

I'm running Exchange 2007 on a Windows 2003 Server x64 system and my users are using Outlook 2007.
I need to forward email from a specific mailbox in my Exchange to an outside email address but I need to be able to retain a copy of every email forwarded to that external email.\
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
