Question : Can an Access command button execute a video file?
Hi EE,
Does anyone have a sample mdb or website links that execute a video from a command button
and where the videos life OUTSIDE the database, in a regular folder....
I'm leaving for the day.... tx in advance for your ideas and advice, sandra
p.s. (my administrator just ordered camtasia for me... so that's the video cast software that i would be using, tx, s)

You can run irfanview (

) using the command line so you can call it from Access using the shell command. Look in irfanview help for command line options.
