Question : What is the best site for learning with either books or videos

I am trying to find the best subscription site for videos/books to learn programming and Web design, And Anything else tech.  

A couple sites I have seen are www.learndevnow.com,    www.safaribooks.com.
 If anyone knows of any good sites, or which ones are best, please let me know
