WMIDiag output shows only a minor permissions issue which I don't think is related to the problem. You can however fix it following the guidelines here:
http://blogs.technet.com/askperf/archive/2009/01/13/two-minute-drill-wmidiag-and-namespace-security.aspxProbably the root cause of WMI crashing is either a faulty provider or a driver.
I'd ask again:
When does this errors appear and how often?
Did you noticed if this started happening after a particular driver or application installation?
Can you also boot in safe mode and check if the errors appear as well?
You can also try disabling all non-system services like the SQL and the library software as well as any non-essential additional hardware you may have. This can help isolating and pinpointing the culprit.
