Question : Access Copy Paste Table from Excel

I can copy and paste a table from Excel into the datasheet view of Access.

However, when doing this, is there a way to:

1. Increase the number of columns and rows to fit the entire Excel spreadsheet
2. Make the 1st row in the Excel spreadsheet the Field Names in the Access table

It will be beneficial if there is a Copy/Paste way of doing this.

I am attaching an sample excel file here. Can you try to open the file, select the records along with the headers, press Ctrl+C. Then open a blank new database in Access for testing purpose, Press Ctrl+V. Let me know the results. Also on the error that you get, what object name does it refer to? Is it the same excel file/sheet name?
