Question : Plesk SSL issue in a domain.

I have successfully installed an SSL certificate on a domain . But I am getting an error while acessing that site using https;//www.domain.com. . But the site is working fine without https. www.domain.com. This domain is on windows server and using plesk control panel. I bought the SSL from godaddy.

Do you have any solution for this error.

I got an answer from one of you.
----------------------------------------
1. Please check your site have assign dedicate IP for the SSL because SSL require dedicate IP .
2. Please also check port 443 is configure with that dedicate IP.
3. The SSL certificate is correct for CSR which you have generate previously. If the certificate has been installed that means it is correct.

You can dedicate IP and configure port 443 from the IIS > website> site > properties > web site tab >

Here you have to add dedicate IP without the host header.

On the same window you will get SSL port setting so you have assign port 443 for the that dedicate IP

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But I did these steps already. Still getting an error.
