Question : Net Logon Errors

The net logon service on my webserver stopped with this error

Event Type: Error
Event Source: NETLOGON
Event Category: None
Event ID: 3056
Description:
A system error has occurred


and another instance...same day it had this error

Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      Service Control Manager
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      7024
Description:
The Net Logon service terminated with service-specific error 3056.


Any ideas into why this might have happened
