Question : Moving a Certificate Authority (CA) to another DC with different name

I'm running Server 2003 and I plan to demote a DC. The last service running on it is Entreprise CA. Now I'm looking forward how to move it to a second DC already running with a different name.
I found out how to do it if the target DC has the same name than the one to remove but I don't know how to move th e CA between 2 DC with different name.
